Goal Examples

Academic:

  • I will complete 80% of all my assignments in English and pass the class this semester

  • I will study 1 hour daily, focusing on math, to get straight A’s either fall or spring semester.

Health:

  • I will run one mile at least 3 times a week for at least 8 weeks by the end of the school year.

  • I will journal for 10 minutes every night, at least 4 nights a week, reflecting on my day.
