Academic:
I will complete 80% of all my assignments in English and pass the class this semester
I will study 1 hour daily, focusing on math, to get straight A’s either fall or spring semester.
Health:
I will run one mile at least 3 times a week for at least 8 weeks by the end of the school year.
I will journal for 10 minutes every night, at least 4 nights a week, reflecting on my day.
Family:
I will spend 3 hours weekly helping siblings with homework until the school year ends.
I will organize a family dinner at least 2 times a semester to build communication and bonding.
Personal:
I will read at least one self-improvement book this year on my own for personal growth.
I will meditate 10 minutes each morning, at least 4 times a week, for quiet alone time.
